The San Pasqual Village Timeline
Upon City Council funding approval and acreage release, we hire a San Pascual Village task force. Site planning begins.
Contact organizations for contracted inclusion. Discuss goals for their scope of services, space, location, and staffing needs. Survey for on-site agricultural development.
Blueprints and mapping for SPV (San Pasqual Village) roads, zones, and utilities routing. Order FEMA tents and trailers for on-site services and living quarters.
Finalize contracted charity organizations. Get a head count / preliminary roster from shelters. Plan future resident outreach.
Bring in the trucks! Road-making and infrastructure development begins. Social workers and partnering shelters send notices and incoming resident forms for unhoused persons to list family size and medical needs.
Establish San Pasqual Village administrative HQ, cafeteria, and agricultural planning.
Residential FEMA tent placement begins. Establish child education, health, psychiatric, and addiction recovery centers.
Priority homeless elderly and families with children are brought to their new home in San Pasqual Village. Those with psychiatric needs are processed for intake and housed with appropriate monitoring.
As more residential tents are set, more residents are shuttled in. Agricultural work begins.
